We had a great experience with The House of Cakes. We ordered custom birthday cakes few times with them. Cakes were made exactly as designs that we discussed, were very beautiful and children were happy. We arranged cake tasting, it went well, we tried several flavors and had good service from an employee in the shop. The cakes were good each time that we ordered and we knew what to expect because we tried them prior to order. Online communication was very fast and efficient, last cake we ordered online in just few minutes. Didn't have delivery with them, picked up ourselves. We are happy with their cakes and service, didn't have any issues and are planning to order again.
Honestly the best tasting cake we’ve ever had. They were very helpful, understanding and design detailed. The cane came out exactly how we wanted ! Tasted better than we could imagine and the “Taylor Swift blank space cake” was perfection !
We ordered a customized cake for my child’s bday- we requested to have some specific cartoon characters made which was exceptionally well designed by the baker- the cake tasted amazing as well ( chocolate and strawberry)!
